The British Cycling Federation are the main body for cycling in the UK. The C1XV are a member of the BCF and they provide our liability insurance to club members. | ||

The UK arm of the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA), setup to help secure areas for mountain biking and to provide advice on trailbuilding and management of mountain biking areas. | ||

Another Chiltern based bike club run by some sound guys - Mostly to be found ripping up Aston Hill, they're worth a look if you're wanting downhill stuff in the Chilterns. | ||

Based in Bedsfordshire and mainly focussed on riding at Chicksands and developing that area - they currently have a freeride area, north shore trails, a dual course and some dirt jumps. Expanding to include more diverse trails and a 4X course. | ||

Where it all started for the C1XV, but we've got our own forum now, so we don't bother using theirs. Website has reasonable news and reviews section and they even put up things Al's written occasionally. | ||

Producers of the decidely singlespeeding, northern-being, Whisky-drinking, bothy-staying Singletrack magazine, with a forum populated by numpties that is allegedly the UK's busiest to do with cycling. | ||

Website and forum - good for the UK 'freeride' scene stuff, mostly Chicksands, North Downs, Esher and the infamous Herts shore related, but worth a look for great pictures and video links of Jedi and the council. Just don't take the forum too seriously! | ||

The biggest collection MTB related reviews on everything from bikes to bells and tyres to trinkets. Fairly State-side biased, but an unmissable resource if you're looking for some new kit. Also have forums and gallery section. | ||
